其中一个方式：
製作垃圾酵素的比例：
黄糖：1份
厨馀肥料（腐烂水果或果皮）：3份
水：10份
製作酵素泥球成份：
紅土：10公升
米糠：1公升
垃圾酵素：2、3公升
製作方法：将米糠与垃圾酵素倒在一起后，再倒入红土搓匀，过后再搓成圆形球状，最后放在一旁发酵及风乾至少7天即成。
酵素泥球的成份包括有垃圾酵素、米糠、黄糖及红土，并依照比率搓成圆球即可
计划指导小学生制作微生物泥球，泥球投入河中后逐渐游走四散并有效发挥泥球内的酵素分解有机污染物以达至净河作用。原本呈深棕色的河水，丢入泥球后水质获得极大的改善，需知道要让河水清澈见底可不是一朝一夕能达成的事，还有赖各方积极配合才能进一步推广水质净化。
The plan is to instruct elementary school students to make microbial mud balls. After the mud balls are thrown into the river, they will gradually move around and effectively use the enzymes in the mud balls to decompose organic pollutants to achieve a clean river. The water quality of the originally dark brown river water has been greatly improved after being thrown into the mud ball. It is important to know that making the river water clear and bottoming is not something that can be achieved overnight, and it depends on the active cooperation of all parties to further promote water purification.
